I'm afraid I'm not much help here, but...

Everything on the print points to a production of Chūshingura. There's a date given, but it is the date of the publication of the original bunraku script in 1748.

There are lots of role names in the lower section, but I haven't identified any actor names.

My guess is that the cut-off text at lower left is a signature reading "Utagawa Toyokuni " 歌川豊国 If pressed I'd guess this dates to c. 1800-1810, but that's an inexpert hunch based on color and style. I haven't been able to locate another impression of this, or even anything very similar.
