The theater is the Toyotake-za 豊竹座, a puppet theater in Osaka from 1703 until the 1770s. I do see the inscription at lower left that says "Sadanobu" 貞信, but I can't make out all the rest of it, and I'm not sure if it's indicating artist credit. There was an Edo-based artist called Tamura Sadanobu working in that period, but I don't think an Edo artist would be documenting Osaka theaters, so I doubt there is a connection.
