There is a signature along the left edge reading "Sekijō hitsu" 石上筆, and it belongs to the artist/author Juka Sekijō 樹下石上 (active c. 1790-1810).

It looks to me like there may have been more sheets to the left, but that's just a hunch based on the composition.
